Team Sessions

We offer training on a variety of topics that can help deepen the Enneagram knowledge of individuals and teams and show teams how to use Enneagram insights to enhance team dynamics. Training in self-awareness and emotional intelligence followed by real-time coaching support for teams allows them to enhance their ability to work through conflicts, manage work more effectively, and increase job satisfaction.

Session Formats

Introductory Team Session

In this session, Beatrice provides teams with an introduction to the Enneagram as a tool for the cultivation of self-awareness. She reviews all of the nine types, inviting team members to share their own experiences in their type discovery, allowing team members to begin to get to know each other more deeply. To get the most out of this session, we recommend adding on some of the below options.

Full-Day Session

In addition to the work covered in the introductory team session, Beatrice partners with the team leaders to select one or two key areas of development on which they would like to focus as part of the full-day session. These can include development areas like communication, influencing others, cultivating trust, etc. The add-ons below can be useful here as well.

Monthly Team Sessions

Teams who would like to use the Enneagram in a process of development may prefer to book monthly team sessions with Beatrice. Typically a 6-month process, Beatrice begins with a half-day introductory team session in the full group. Each session thereafter focuses on a specific area of development and lasts approximately 2.5 hours each. Teams meet between their monthly sessions and receive homework assignments from Beatrice.

Optional Add-Ons

Enneagram Type Test

Each participant takes a test to help them move toward their type more quickly. The test used is the most accurate on the market and serves as a first step to help participants understand more about themselves.

Debrief Interview

Used along with the Type Test, the debrief interview is a 30-minute one-on-one conversation with Beatrice or a Chestnut Group associate that helps the person debrief the test results and confirm their Enneagram type.

Development Tools

Groups receive a package of development tools based on the priority areas of development for the team. The package includes workbooks, and thematic tools that focus on topics like communication, building trust, blind spots, conflict resolution, and more.

What people are saying

“Beatrice Chestnut is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the Enneagram and was very insightful in her ability to connect it to personal experience…[one] leader in our group described her as “the real deal.” This was an exceptional experience for our team, made better by Beatrice’s personable style.”
